In the past five years I have: graduated as a Gamecock, served as a 2-year evangelical missionary in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and worked as a mortgage banker. I’m now a full time seminary student working on my M Div at Emory University in Atlanta. I like Spanish, painting, football (both American and the other one) and my dog Martha.
You could call me somewhat of an idealist. While the world needs realists and cynics, I just can’t bring myself to be one of them.
This started as a travel blog back in 2009 before I went on a wonderful journey to Peru after my sophomore year in college. Now I’m in the no-man’s land of post-graduate twenties years, trying to figure out life and godliness. Lately this blog is therapy to its writer. It is documentation of some of the things I learn about faith in the midst of insomnia, awkward situations, and the messiness that is life with no plan b. Maybe you can relate?
I like to write freelance and speak for churches and youth events. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to set something up!
